We're celebrating another exciting construction milestone with the topping off of Azure Ala Moana. After breaking ground in April 2019, the team poured the final concrete slab last month and completed work on the roof this week. The island views from the 42nd floor rooftop level are stunning!

We’re grateful for the support from our future homeowners, the community and our project team—Design Partners Incorporated, HBA, PBR HAWAII, Albert C. Kobayashi, Inc.,and all the subcontractors, suppliers and consultants—who made reaching this milestone possible.

Now, we're one step closer to completing the construction of Azure and delivering homes to this community. Work continues on residence interiors, the 9th floor amenity deck, lobby, and two-story retail plaza, and move-in dates are slated for Fall of this year. We look forward to welcoming residents home, and to helping to create a vibrant neighborhood in the heart of Honolulu.
